Community Guidelines

Waspada Digital is a focused place to discuss published scam and cybersecurity alerts. Readers may ask questions, describe how an approach was presented and suggest official sources. Community submissions do not establish that a person, telephone number or account is involved in wrongdoing.

Be constructive

Challenge ideas and evidence without attacking people. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against or expose private information about anyone.

Support important claims

Distinguish fact from opinion. Corrections and counterpoints should link to an official or authoritative source where possible. Do not post telephone numbers, bank accounts, identity numbers, private addresses, unsupported allegations, or knowingly false or manipulated material.

No manipulation or promotion

Do not spam, coordinate votes, create deceptive accounts, advertise repeatedly or use automated participation without permission.

Builder Hub disclosures

Use Builder Hub for specific AI needs, genuine app ideas, and projects you are authorised to share. Clearly disclose your relationship to a project. Do not submit affiliate spam, investment or token solicitation, fabricated usage claims, unsafe tools, copied projects, job spam, or personal contact information that should remain private.

Project links and contributor claims are user-submitted and are not endorsements by Waspada Digital. Readers should independently evaluate a tool before providing data, installing software, paying money, or relying on its output.

Moderation

Waspada Digital uses rule-based and AI-assisted checks to detect abuse and prioritise review. A contribution may be published, held, collapsed, hidden or rejected. Automated moderation does not permanently delete a contribution, and decisions may be corrected when credible evidence is provided.

Reader downvotes are interface signals, never evidence. Three net downvotes collapse a contribution. Four downvotes trigger another safety review; a contribution is hidden only when that review flags it. Three independent reports hide a contribution pending administrator review.

Your control

Reputation reflects published contributions and helpful votes. It does not grant moderation power, and downvotes do not reduce it. You can change your display name, manage notification preferences, sign out or delete your community account. Community membership never subscribes you to the newsletter automatically.

Community Briefs

Waspada Digital may synthesize published contributions into an AI-generated Community Brief. These briefs describe reader discussion; they are not fact checks or editorial endorsements. Supporting contribution numbers are shown, and signed-in readers can flag a synthesis as inaccurate, biased or outdated.
